CAROLINE URDANIVIA
Web Developer & Designer
EXPERIENCE
With two decades of experience across eCommerce, Product Management, Web Development, and Digital Design, I create and manage web experiences that range from custom builds to commerce platforms. I’ve worked with both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies—adapting to varied workflows and helping shape solutions that fit the team, the product, and the customer.
My work blends UX strategy, content development, and visual design—creating everything from wireframes to fully built web experiences with a focus on clarity, usability, and thoughtful design—building prototypes, product pages, and front-end experiences, while collaborating with others. Experienced in NetSuite, Magento, Salesforce,
and Squarespace platforms, and regularly use Adobe Creative Suite for asset production.
Whether managing or maintaining digital content, I bring a hands-on, flexible approach that blends well with other creatives.
Experienced in managing website redesigns, new product launches, and UX optimizations using agile workflows. Monday.com and GitHub are used to build roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and track progress in real-time. Each sprint ends with a review to assess wins and areas for improvement before moving ahead.
Creates engaging shopping experiences from product imagery to banners and seasonal campaigns. Visuals are designed, edited, and optimized to reflect brand identity and support commerce goals. Collaboration with studio photographers ensures high-quality output from pre- to post-production.
Skilled in product management with a focus on maintaining product accuracy, optimizing performance, and improving user experience. Works closely with product development, design, marketing, SEO, and QA teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Testing across multiple environments guarantees platform compatibility and functionality.
Builds and maintains responsive web experiences using Salesforce, Magento, and Squarespace CMS platforms. Combines native tools with custom code—HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—to fine-tune layout and performance across all devices.
Oversees the complete eCommerce product lifecycle—from setup to go-live. Responsibilities include organizing product data, managing categories, and meta data for optimal discoverability. Utilizes CSV-driven automation to handle uploads, variations, and integrations to ensure data accuracy and improve taxonomy.
Partners with SEO teams during product launches and new builds to implement metadata, attributes, and content that support visibility. Performance is monitored with updates to keywords, site speed, and mobile optimization made when needed to and improve organic traffic.
Bridges design and development with a focus on responsive, accessible, and cohesive user interfaces. Figma and Adobe XD are used to develop wireframes and visual comps. Canva and Photoshop support quick-turn graphics and polished deliverables tailored to client needs.
